Systems Building Research Alliance (SBRA), the research arm of the factory-built housing industry, is a non-profit organization with the mission of developing new technologies that enhance the value, quality, and performance of the nation's manufactured homes.Certification Programs
SBRA is the national Quality Assurance Provider for manufactured homes certified under the ENERGY STAR® and Zero Energy Ready Home™ national program requirements. These programs afford the industry with a unique opportunity to extend the advantages of controlled-environment factory production to include exemplary performance.
Projects and Publications
SBRA addresses technical and marketplace issues impacting the quality, acceptance, performance and affordability of factory-built housing. SBRA’s projects and publications cover a range of topics including Construction, Energy Efficiency, Health and Safety, and Installation.
